3. Population Diversity: Because of all the recent development and remodeling of some of the older homes, Platt Park now has a wonderful eclectic mix of young and old generations living side by side and loving it. It has a small town familiarity that is appealing to all.
4. The architecture: I love the mixture of the old and the new. There are still plenty of bungalows, tudors and foursquares, but I’m enjoying the new sleek modern homes that are popping up and adding a 21st century vibe to the old charm of the neighborhood.
5. Increasing Market Home Values: Except for the infill projects when homes are scraped in the area, there is no where to build, so home values have continued to appreciate nicely over time making buying and living in Platt Park Denver a great real estate investment.
