Yesterday while driving in Denver I looked at my car thermometer and it read 100 degrees! This got me thinking about our furry friends and how we can help them beat the heat during these dog days of summer. Plus, in Colorado we love being outside with our dogs, so here are some tips to help you and your dog get through this heat!

It’s important we make sure our friends stay hydrated and have access to fresh, cool water during these hot summer days. Lack of water can lead to dehydration and heat stroke. If you are planning adventure out with your pup bring him his own water, so you both stay hydrated and cool.
