5th Annual Highland Fourth of July Parade. Don't miss it.

Posted by Mic Ortega on Tuesday, July 3rd, 2012 at 5:31pm.

If you are looking for a fun, family friendly way to celebrate the 4th of July in Highlands, then look no further than the 5th Annual 4th of July Highland Parade. This great event that continues to grow year after year is an old fashioned style parade that allows neighbors and friends to join the parade. Dress up your bike, bring a can of food for the local food bank and food to share with your neighbors for a gigantic potluck. Meet at 32nd and Alcott at 9 am Wednesday to be in the parade, proceeding to Hirshorn Park. And lots of surprises await after the parade, guaranteed to be a blast!
