We're out! We're proud!
Colorado’s gay community has come a long way. And we’ve been there from the very beginning. Live Urban Real Estate was founded by two gay men, business colleagues and friends, who believe everyone deserves professional representation when buying and selling real estate in Denver. Over the last 10 years, we’ve created a team of gay and gay-friendly brokers who proudly represent LGBTQ home buyers and sellers.
It can be a challenge for members of the LGBTQ community to find real estate brokers who they can trust, and with whom they can be themselves. The Live Urban Real Estate team is focused on not only providing competent and skilled counsel, but stand in full support of the community and equal protection during one of the most important financial transactions of your life.
Many gay and lesbian home buyers and sellers simply feel more comfortable working with a member of the ‘family’. And our brokers know Denver! We know the ins-and-outs of specific neighborhoods, and love this city as much as you do.
Live Urban Real Estate was recently named the #1 LGBT-Owned Company in Denver.
The Denver Business Journal recently released this list of the top LGBT-Owned Companies, and we were honored and delighted to find Live Urban Real Estate ranked at the top of the list.
"We love the diversity of Denver, and are really happy to be able to support that with the people who work with us, and the clients we serve," said Mark White, who co-founded Live Urban Real Estate in 2006. As the company has grown, it's Live Urban's consistent and positive culture that continues to attract and retain top Real estate talent in the Denver area. “We’re delighted to be recognized not only as a growing, thriving real estate brokerage, but as representatives of Denver's LBGTQ business community," added John Skrabec, Live Urban's co-founder.

"If you are looking for someone that knows the Denver area inside and out, AND is willing to take you to enough houses to show you what is out there, then Sandi Klatt is the person for you. Sandi was able to take all of our wants and needs into consideration to help us find the perfect home for our family. She was with us every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for a better person to help us out. When Sara Parker Murdoch stepped in to take over, she was super friendly and accommodating and always answered our questions in a timely manner. The "Live Denver Team" Realtors are a great team and we always felt we were in great hands with the two of them!"
