The neighborhood's proximity to RTD's light rail line makes it an attractive neighborhood for artists and downtown workers. Local landmarks include the Museo de las Americas, Denver Health hospital complex, Denver West High School, Lincoln Park, the Asian and Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and Sunken Gardens Park. The neighborhood has a predominantly Latino population.
