Live in lively LoDo/Ballpark
Denver's LoDo or "Lower Downtown" and Ballpark neighborhoods are great environments for pedestrian traffic and feature plenty of reasons for residents to venture out. Bounded by Larimer Street, Speer Boulevard, Wewatta Street and 20th Street, LoDo is a vibrant mix of warehouses and industrial buildings that have been renovated into offices, lofts and retail space. Art studios and galleries, live-music clubs, restaurants give the area edgy but fashionable flair. Residents enjoy the 30-acre Commons Park nearby, as well as Coors Field, home of Colorado Rockies baseball. Ballpark neighborhood, bounded by 18th Street, Broadway, Blake Street and the Central Platte Valley rail yards, hosts open-air farmer's markets and flea markets in summer.
