Paul's mission as your Realtor will be to make the home buying or selling process smooth and enjoyable through his knowledge of classic Denver neighborhoods and up-and-coming hotspots and the use of the latest marketing and technological sales tools.

It all started a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away (Atlanta, Georgia), Paul was born the only beloved child to Jim and Jane Kourkoulis. After graduating Westminster High School in the ATL he went on to college at Vanderbilt University in Nashvegas, Tennessee where he graduated with a bachelors of science in human and organizational development.

A year spent in Australia completely changed Paul's worldview as that was the first time he ever left the southeastern USA. When he returned stateside he promptly moved to the Rocky Mountains. After stints as a snowboard instructor and bartender, he came down the mountain to Denver where he worked in the construction trades until he was ultimately drawn into the world of Real Estate.

Paul lives with his troubled adopted huskies Ivan "The Terrible" and Viktor "The Sort of Terrible" in an 1892 Victorian fixer-upper.

Q&A With Paul...

Where do you LIVE?
I live in the Cole neighborhood in North East Denver. The area is a real "diamond in the rough." Sandwiched between Stapleton and Lodo, Cole and surrounding 'hoods still have affordable turn of the century homes. In a few more years, I'll have a Light Rail station two blocks from my house. Take that Highlands Ranch!

Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
I've been involved in the construction and remodeling of homes all my life. Becoming a Realtor was a natural transition for me.

What Music Is Currently In Your iPod?
My 8-track only plays "Cool Hits of the 70's."

What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
Each year I raise money in my neighborhood for AIDS Walk Colorado. This year another goal is to start a Neighborhood Watch program for my block.
