Janet and her husband Don have been married for 26 years. Together they have two children, a daughter Jamie who just graduated from the University of Colorado and a son Aaron who is currently attending Colorado State University. In her free time she enjoys playing golf, cooking, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Where do you LIVE?
I live in Westminster, Colorado - a suburb 20 minutes north of Denver and about 15 minutes from Boulder. I have great access to many wonderful places that the city and suburbs of Denver have to offer.

Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
Yes, there are a lot of agents out there to choose from. I chose real estate to share my knowledge of the area and current trends in the Colorado real estate market. I am a hard worker and an advocate for my clients. I have great attention for detail and am willing to go the extra mile to help my clients succeed when making one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. I will listen to your wants and needs and educate you on the options and the processes available so that you can make well informed choices when it comes to finding that perfect home or marketing your home to successfully get it sold.

What Music Is Currently In Your iPod?
In my iPod you will find an assortment of music from classic rock, country, alternative, reggae and lots of dance music to motivate me for an invigorating workout at the gym.

What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
I enjoy supporting charities who help those who are sick or in need of help. Some of my favorite charities are Children’s Hospital, The Alzheimer Foundation, Water.org and the Foundation for Conductive Education, a charity that helps children and adults with neuro-motor disabilities.

Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best Kept Secret?
Mexican food is always my first choice. I enjoy a particular family owned Mexican restaurant in Lafayette called Efrains. The Mexican ribs are really good and spicy.
