Barret Ramey , Broker Associate, Realtor

Growing up in an Army family, we had moved over a dozen times by the time I graduated high school. Knowing that change can be scary and sometimes intimidating, I help clients realize that this transition can also be exciting and can provide new and different opportunities. By embracing the move into a new home and next phase of their life they become excited about the opportunity for change. After years of military moves, I landed in Dayton, Ohio. I graduated with a B.F.A. degree from Wright State University with an emphasis in design and sculpture. After college, I became a Construction Supervisor for a residential builder and built more than 40 single family homes. Managing subcontractors and working with homeowners to ensure quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. You can safely say that I know the "nuts and bolts" of how homes are constructed.

After selling my first home in 2008 and getting the itch to move from Ohio, I headed out west for the mountains of Colorado in 2008. Once in Denver, I successfully completed the Colorado State University’s Green Building Certificate program. In December 2008, I became a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). I have worked in Green Building Consulting and Sales for the last few years, adding to my knowledge of sustainable practices and construction management to improve energy efficiencies in single family homes as well as multifamily properties.

Q&A With Barret…

Where do you LIVE?
After moving to Denver almost nine years ago, I have lived in the Golden Triangle, Uptown, City Park, Lodo and Ballpark neighborhoods. Two years ago, I bought a house in the Villa Park neighborhood. It was a very similar market to today's market and I know the frustrations that clients are experiencing first hand. I love this neighborhood because of its connectivity to Denver. Being close to the highways, light rail and bike paths really makes it easy to get where I want to be quickly.

Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?

Top quality customer service has been a consistent theme throughout my professional experience. I excel in providing a trustworthy go-to partner for my clients. As you, the client, choose who you would like to work with in finding your next home, allow me the opportunity to prove why I’m the best choice to help represent you through the home buying (or selling) process.
