Jill was recruited to Denver in 2004 from the San Francisco Bay Area to assume the position of Director of Business Development for a media group, where she remained for 5 years. This native New Yorker fell in love with Denver and in no time at all was being asked by out of state friends if she worked for Denver Tourism!
As a full time Realtor, Jill views an average of 30 homes each week, which helps her keep her finger on the pulse of the local real estate market. Couple that with her love of everything Denver, she takes all of her clients out on a Market Education Day, where she can show them what to expect in terms of square footage and finish level in the neighborhoods they know and love, as well as introduce them to some hidden gems they may not have discovered.
Jill’s real estate philosophy mirrors her philosophy of life: Live well, laugh often, love deeply. As a realtor, this means conducting herself with integrity at all times, doing all she can to exceed your expectations and listening deeply so that she knows what is really important to you. It means providing clients with an arsenal of timely data and services minimizing the days on the market for sellers and getting them top dollar for their home. On a personal note, Jill lives with her husband Colin, a British expat and her Tibetan Terrier Mack. She is the mother of three great people and grandmother to Jamison, Kylie, Caleb & Chloe. She has been privileged to sit on the Board of Directors of Environmental Learning for Kids (http://elkkids.org) for the past five years. Jill is passionate about our youth and insuring that they all get equal access to education. She have also sat on the State Positive Youth Development Task Force at the CDPHE and has volunteered to support Urban Peak.
