Kelly has been a specialist in customer service since she was 5 years old. Back then if she answered her Dad’s home office phone using courtesy and respect, and the client mentioned it to her dad, she earned a dollar. Along with the skills she honed early on, Kelly excels at “beyond the expected” customer service skills when caring for clients while creating sincere and meaningful relationships.
Kelly is originally from Bowling Green, Ohio and a graduate of The Ohio State University. In 2003 she and her husband moved to Denver and fell in love with the city. They bought their first home in Sunnyside and have loved watching the neighborhood transform. The ease of getting into downtown while being surrounded by great parks and restaurants is why she enjoys Northwest Denver so much.
Kelly thrives on building relationships and helping people to connect. This is why real estate is such a perfect fit. Kelly is a great listener – she truly gets to know you - and can help you weed through all your needs, goals, and dreams to help you find the house that becomes your home.
What Clients Are Saying About Kelly…
“First of all Kelly was honest which speaks loudly of her character in our opinion. She was forthright with her opinion but not pushy. Deadline oriented to keep us on task and knowledgeable of the legalities that comprised our real estate purchase. Kelly is considerate, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, generous and honest, just to name a few of her attributes. Thanks Kelly!” - Gloria W. from Iowa
“Kelly worked diligently to understand our needs and circumstances whilst selling our home. She then proceeded to execute a smooth and excellent selling process from listing through closing. We would highly recommend Kelly Kozlowski to any- one buying or selling in the Denver area.” - Greig and Jenna Hess, Denver
“Kelly Kozlowski from LIVE Urban Real Estate is an exceptional realtor. She gave us the attention we needed, gave us loads of feedback while we searched for homes, and had the skills to find us a great home that matched our style. She would walk in each house, let us take in the layout and features, and then would talk with us about our concerns. She also knew immediately when to walk away, all based on our reactions to the house. Her assistance and attention to detail was everything we needed, but more importantly, she made the process fun, which was not anything we expected. Thank you, Kelly, for always answering our calls, texting us with quick responses, and helping us find our new home on such short notice.” - John & Sarah, Montview/Lowry
Q&A With Kelly...
Where do you LIVE?
I live in a 950 square foot brick bungalow that is over a hundred years old in Sunnyside. Because of the tight floor plan I have become an expert at living small. I know the importance of buying furniture of the right scale to make the rooms work and have become savvy at using every last bit of space for storage. My husband and I have done several renovations over the years and I am most proud of pulling off that 100 year old plaster and exposing the beautiful brick in our foyer, living room, and dining room. I love the contrast of the original brick with our modern furniture.
Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
I love helping people and connecting them to other good people. It can be something as simple as recommending my favorite coffee spot or handyman. That combined with my love of houses, architecture and that wonderful feeling when you get home after a rough day, fuels my passion to find homes. At the end of the day, a homes is where memories are made.
What Music Is Currently On Your Playlist?
Currently I am listening to The Black Keys, Jack White, Ingrid Michaelson, Brandi Carlile, and Eddie Vedder. I love plugging new favorites into Pandora so I can discover more new artists.
Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best Kept Secret?
We love pizza from Ernie's and there is no doubt that the best hamburger in town is at Park Burger. And we always save a little room for visit to Little Man Ice Cream.
