Lauren Eddy , Broker Associate, Realtor

Though not a true Colorado native, Lauren has spent the majority of her life here. After growing up in the suburbs of Denver, Lauren attended a small college back east but quickly returned to finish her degree at CSU in Ft. Collins. After living in Boulder for a spell, she and her soon to be fiancé set out on an adventure to explore the west coast. This led them to relocate to the San Francisco Bay area. Lauren thrived off the diverse culture, the incredible food, and the outdoor lifestyle. After two years, the urban appeal wasn't quite strong enough to outweigh the lofty real estate prices. So Lauren and her soon to be husband vowed to move to another urban setting, where they could afford to buy their first home.

Lauren couldn't be happier with the move to Denver. She is very excited to be living in the Highlands, and working for Live Urban Real Estate. Lauren can be seen riding her cruiser to work , catching up with friends at local restaurants, or walking her dogs around Sloan's Lake. Lauren's love for her neighborhood feeds her drive to help others find their dream environment. Whether it's a downtown loft with a rooftop patio, or a spacious ranch close to the trails, your space is out there and Lauren can help you find it!

When she's not working, Lauren enjoys craft night with the girls, skiing fresh powder, trying new recipes, and soaking up Colorado sunshine! Keep an eye out for her skateboarding with her dogs or riding around Denver on her blue cruiser.

Q&A With Lauren...

Where do you LIVE?
We call Harkness Heights home which is in Berkeley in NW Denver. The boundaries are 40th to 44th and Federal to Lowell.

Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
True statement, everyone AND their mother! I got into real estate almost 12 years ago just after my husband and I started a general contracting business. Rather then be my husbands laboror I decided getting my real estate license would be better for my back and our marriage! We make a great team.

What Music Is Currently On Your Playlist?
New playlists are always getting thrown around our house usually sharing on Spotify. Currently I'm hooked on Wild Belle, Foals, My Morning Jacket, and Landlines. I am always checking out smaller shows at the Hi-Dive and Larimer Lounge, great music at under $20!

What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
I've always been a crazy animal lover and since my husband wont let me adopt every dog I see I give back to small rescues who are hard at work re-homing pets. One of my favs is Mountain Pet Rescue, our 7 year old Hugo (85lb. Chocolate Lab) came from there!

Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best Kept Secret?
Are there any secrets left in Denver?!?!? New Saigon down on Federal and Alameda is by no means new but it's a gem! The best Vietnamese eggrolls in town!
