Like many people, I started my real estate adventure when I bought my first house. It was a Cliff May designed home at just over 1,000 square feet and it was such a fun house to live in! Once I made the jump into real estate, I soon found myself drawn to vintage homes with unique features that time seemed to have forgotten, but that my buyer clients were crazy about. Pink tile? Perfect! Original steel cabinets and wonky Formica countertops? It’s nothing a little determination and perseverance can’t fix. But my big moment came when working with my first client: we discovered an Edward Hawkins designed home amongst a small enclave of mid-century modern ranches in a neighborhood where no one seemed to know who the architect was. Since then, I have helped my clients buy and sell many different homes, each of which had something special about them. I’ve branched out and discovered a new style of modern architecture that I am wild about, too.
Whether you are selling or buying your home, I’ve invested hours of my time educating myself so I can help you with your needs. When I am not working with clients, I’m taking classes, or touring homes and neighborhoods in order to know more about each one. I’m proud of the multiple designations I have earned as a Realtor, and I would love to put my skills to work for you! If you find yourself in need of a Realtor who will listen, communicate and keep you informed every step of the way, let’s meet over coffee and chat! I'll even pick up the tab!
I am a Realtor, Accredited Buyer Representative and a member of the Council of Residential Specialists. I also hold the GREEN Designation from the National Association of Realtors. I am a Certified Divorce Real Estate Professional and was recently named to the Community Service Committee of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.
I am a big supporter of Love Hope Strength and the Dear Jack Foundation. Both are rock star charities that encourage people to "Get on the List" by being a bone marrow donor or provide Life List wishes for Young Adult cancer patients and their families. As a cancer survivor myself, I know first-hand the impact that both of these organizations have on people and I encourage you to check both of them out and get involved!
