Nick moved to Denver 3 years ago from the desert of Phoenix, AZ. He originally came to expand his electronics business, with no intention of staying long term. As with most people that come to Colorado, he and his wife, Ashley, fell deeply in love with the Denver lifestyle, the mountains, the city, and the people. They knew they wanted to make Denver "Home" forever.
Nick has always had a passion for Real Estate as well as helping people, so what better way to combine those two loves than working as a Real Estate broker? For the last 10 years, he started, grew then sold his company so that he could focus 100% on helping clients invest in real estate. His personal experience as a real estate investor goes back 10 years. He's bought and sold their family home, he's fixed-and-flipped, and even bought long term rentals. He is able to help ANY client, whether in Denver or relocation here, find their dream home, as well as make sure its a smart investment!
Nick is COMMITTED to making the buying/selling process for clients worry-free and even fun. He is always there to share knowledge, support, and dedication to each and every customer he works with. With the ever changing market in Denver, he is excited to help EACH and EVERY client find their perfect property.
In his free time, Nick can be found on the golf course, or at one of the MANY dog parks and hiking trails around town. He and his wife have 2 fur children (Winston and Nell) that keep them on their toes.
What Clients Are Saying About Nick…
Q&A With Nick...
Where do you LIVE?
We live in a 1960s Hutchinson Hills Ranch home near the Denver Tech Center. We have a great 1/4 acre lot that is perfect for our two dogs to run around, and an ideal space to entertain our friends. We remodeled the inside with a mid-century modern feel, an ode to the home's roots. We love the area, but also love exploring other neighborhoods for investment opportunities.
Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
Growing up in a household that was always into real estate, I was exposed to this business at a very young age. I saw how my mom woke up every morning and while she worked long hours, she never felt like she was working. She showed me that great real estate agents are invaluable to their clients. Real Estate to me is the best of everything. You get to socialize as much as you want. You change people's lives with every transaction. You become a trusted advisor for some of life's biggest decisions and in the meantime you meet lifelong friends in that process. What career could be better?
What Music Is Currently On Your Playlist?
I am really into music. I know it sounds cliche but I really do like every genre of music. From early Motown to Hip Hop and EDM and Country, there is pretty much everything on my playlist. Some of my favorites right now are Sam Cooke, Kygo, Chris Stapleton, Stevie Wonder, and George Strait.
What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
Being an avid golfer, over the years, I have volunteered coaching high school golf and other youth golf events. Golf is a unique sport in shaping many aspects of kids lives. I have had the privilege to be a mentor of sorts and it has allowed me to make some lifelong friends in the process.
Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best Kept Secret?
We are total foodies so anything new in town we are usually the first to check it out. If you are looking for a great Brunch, Root Down is a pretty solid choice. They have a great spot in the Highlands off of Osage. If you are looking for a great steak, Old Major is always awesome as well. Down in the Cherry Creek area, Hillstone and its sister restaurant Cherry Creek Grill cannot be beat for amazing food and equally as amazing service. Down in Wash Park, there is a great little taco shop called Agave.
