About Randy


After graduating from a small college in KS, his home state, Randy Juden began working as a professional singer/actor, touring the country with musical theatre productions. After several years of this, he was lucky enough to tour through Aspen CO for several days, and was hooked! He knew that Colorado was going to be his home!

Randy secured a performance job in Aspen, singing at the Crystal Palace. He stayed in Aspen for 10 years (1984-1994) where he also did his solo country show, complete with guitar playing, singing, story telling & lariat rope tricks, for various dude ranches and corporate events in that area.

In 1994, Randy moved to Denver, but continued to do his performance work through the west. He had a year-long "gig" with major league baseball in Phoenix for their opening season in 1998, and in Branson MO in 2003 as the Emcee of Country Tonight. Returning to Denver in 2005, and in an attempt to get out of the performance industry once and for all, Randy started a mobile dog grooming business. His love for the doggies made this job profitable and enjoyable, but he decided to sell it, and start a Real Estate career in 2015.

Since that time, Randy has realized his love not only for Denver's Real Estate, but his strong desire to make buying and selling Real Estate a less stressful & more enjoyable experience for his clients. He likes to think of himself as a "hand holder" to his clients through the transaction, and lives by the expression, "I don't work for your commission, I work for your referrals".

During his free time, Randy loves traveling with his partner, playing host to his 8 brothers & sisters, and many nieces and nephews who love to visit CO, skiing, playing volleyball, visiting hot springs, getting up to Evergreen for horseback rides on his horse Scout, doing an occasional country show, and exploring all that beautiful CO has to offer!!

Where Do I Live?
I've lived in several neighborhoods in the Denver metro area, and also in the foothills outside of Denver in Conifer, CO. But currently, and since 2007, I've lived in west Denver in the Barnum West neighborhood.

Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
Real Estate is a good fit for me because of my love for Denver, it's architecture, and my desire to make the buying & selling of Real Estate a smoother, more enjoyable experience!

What Music Are You Streaming?
You can find me listening to the music from the 60's, the Sinatra station (where friends of mine such as Ann Hampton Callaway might be heard), Show Tunes (Broadway), and/or classic country (which I also continue to perform)!

What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
What causes gets my time and/or money? Animal charities (the Wild Animal Sanctuary in Keenesburg, CO is one of Colorado's best kept secrets!). I've also been trying to find a way to donate my musical performance skills to some Veterans charities and Wounded Warrior events.

Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best Kept Secret?
Jimmy's Jersey Street Cafe at 932 Jersey St in the Hale/Mayfair neighborhood!!!  It might be listed as a "Cafe" but believe me, this is a GREAT restaurant.  For lunch, dinner or weekend brunch, you won't be disappointed.  The food is amazing......and some of the best soups I've ever tasted!  And you may find Jimmy himself there waiting tables or just chatting with the guests!  This place is great for special occasions or for everyday dining!  Give it a try!!!
