Denver Urban Real Estate Index
You know the old saying. When it comes to real estate, it's all about "Location. Location. Location." It certainly holds true in Denver. Real estate sales statistics vary greatly from neighborhood to neighborhood.
That's why we've created the Denver Urban Real Estate Index. Updated twice a year, in April and October, our index compares all of urban Denver's neighborhoods by examining average sold price for all properties, median days on market (DOM), number of homes sold last 12 months (LTM), average price per square foot (PSF), sold price compared to list price, and months supply of inventory. Market data for residential & condo sales for calendar month as reported by REColorado. May not reflect all sales. Median days on market is between when property is first listed and when offer is accepted for sold listings only. Average sold price is for both detached and attached properties and does not account for seller concessions and/or down payment assistance. May not reflect all sales.
